Cessna Aircraft Aero Comfort has established a strong reputation as being the facility of choice for Cessna interior refurbishment. We have a strong presence in the Cessna operator world and continue to expand our list of satisfied customers; which include Cessna Service Centers, avionics facilities, paint facilities, and countless owner/operators around the globe. Our experts have worked on countless interiors and can tackle any Cessna interior project. From a single engine to a twin engine our interior team can upgrade your interior to portray your image. Like with other aircraft models – we provide interior services for complete interiors with our interior in a box option or turn key services. We can also provide our products and services individually if you are refurbishing the aircraft in stages.
Design and Material Selection Process: The design and materials selection process is similar for either option. We will work closely with you to come up with a seat design and color selections for the complete interior. Our team will provide our feedback to ensure that the design, material, and color choices work well so that the final look and feel of the interior is to your expectations. We can provide our own seat designs or apply any seat design of your choice. We can provide pictures and ship material samples to you for final selections. You are also welcomed to visit our facility and make your selections at our location. As a certified FAA repair station Aero Comfort provides a comprehensive certification packet with material certifications, test plans, FAA 8110-3 for all components in the as-installed state, and return to service certification. We only use materials that are approved for aircraft use with traceability and flammability certification. We keep a high quality material selection that is both functional for end users and practical for use on Cessna interiors. These materials will enhance the feel and look or the interior while increasing the value of your investment. Details: Seat design selection will not change the price. We are one of the only shops that does not have upcharges for different designs unless you want to use multiple (more than two) leather colors. We do not charge extra for two tone seats or for intricate seat designs. We always use leather on the entirety of the seats. We never mix vinyl on the sides and/or back of the seats. We always inspect/repair/and paint seat frames to match leather or standard black and always replace all foam with new foam build ups. Our carpet kits include new carpeted side and kick panels and always include matching sewn in map pockets. The panel upholstery includes repairs and covering of complete panel set (headliner, sidewalls, windows, doors, etc.) to include every panel except for the instrument and console areas. Consoles can be painted to match. All accent panels and armrests are always covered in leather that matches or accents the seat color. Our packages offer either new or rewebbed seat belts and glareshield (dashpad) upholstery as well.
